“Membership for 2025 is now open”

Membership with the Victoria Quilters’ Guild is $50 for both new and renewing members. Our membership year runs from Jan 1 to Dec 31.  Members of the Victoria Quilters’ Guild are also members of the Victoria Community Comfort Quilts. See the VQG Bylaws. You can register online by using the form below, or by using this printable form.  Note: you are welcome to attend as a guest, for 3 times in a year. The cost to attend a meeting is $5 payable at the door. For more info about memberships contact membership@victoriaquiltersguild.org.

New Members – (guests who are thinking of joining the guild) – if you want to join the guild please note that our membership year runs from January to December each year & in accordance with our bylaws, we cannot prorate membership fees .  Therefore in the fall it is best if you come as a guest and pay the guest fee ($5) at the door for remaining meetings in 2024 (October, November & December).

Renewing Members – we encourage all members to renew their memberships and to use the guilds website to do so.   For those of you who still like hard copy (paper) forms we will have the forms available at the October meetings. 

Note: Membership applications and renewals are processed once a week – cards will be emailed once processed.

Guild Participation
The guild is seeking fresh ideas and inspiration from its membership. The guild is dependent on volunteers and your support is needed! Show us your interest and check all that apply.

As a volunteer, I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Victoria Quilters’ Guild and Victoria Community Comfort Quilts (including each of their officers, directors, employees, agents and other volunteers – collectively, the “Guild”) and the Guild’s successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from any liability or claim that I may have against the Guild with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, property damage or property loss that may result from my volunteering with the Guild, whether caused by the negligence of the Guild or otherwise.
